Currently, the senior residents of India who are 70 or older can register in this scheme using their Aadhaar. All senior resident job is to complete eKYC to get this card. Process For PM-JAY Ayushman Card Online Registration 2025

If you are a senior citizen aged 70 or older, then the online registration process is only for you. 

• Step 1: Download Aayushman App on mobile. 
• Step 2: Open the app and accept terms and conditions. Now select log in.
• Step 3: Select log in as Beneficiary. Provide Captcha code, Mobile number and Verify. Enter OTP and CAPTCHA. Go on Log in. 
• Step 4: Go on enroll option at the end.
• Step 5: Provide Aadhaar card and CAPTCHA. Go on Search Button. 
• Step 6: Do e-KYC using Aadhaar OTP, Fingerprint, IRIS Scan or Face Auth. 
• Step 7: If you want to proceed with Aadhaar OTP, then click on verify. Accept Consent form. 
• Step 8: Enter OTP that comes from UIDAI and enter OTP that comes from NHA on your mobile phone that you use for log in. 
• Step 9: Provide Declaration. If you are beneficiary of other Health Government schemes, then select your scheme. If none applies to you then select None option. Click on the proceed button. 
• Step 10: Now your e-KYC details will be shown. Capture a new photo. 
• Step 11: Enter Additional asked information like Mobile Number, verify that mobile number, Select beneficiary category like OBC, General and others. Enter pin code. Select state, District, Rural or Urban area, sub district/tehsil, village.
• Step 12: Enter Family Member details. Family members will only be eligible for online registration if they are over 70 years old. 
• Step 13: Accept the Declaration and submit. 
• Step 14: e-KYC will be completed and now you have to click on OK and proceed with providing Captcha. 
• Step 15: Now you can see your Aadhaar Number and Family Id and State name. Provide Captcha and proceed with the Search button. 
• Step 16: You can see your information and approved status. 
• Step 17: Download card by authenticating yourself using Aadhaar OTP. Go to the Download button.
